Andreas has broad management experience as a managing director at the interface of international competence models, network structures and science. The social pedagogue did social science research and was involved in development policy before he discovered his passion for organizational development. Andreas is a systemic coach and change manager. He stands for Active Citizenship and is a laureate of the bfdt: Alliance for Democracy and Tolerance of the Federal Agency for Civic Education. In international youth work, he has built and been responsible for non-profit organizations, set up global networks, and linked research with practice.
