Carola stands for project management and user experience in Marketing & Sales. Many years of operational experience in managing digital projects characterise her pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with an agile mindset and strong customer focus. Beyond classic project management, Carola always uses a huge toolbox full of retrospectives to encourage teams to continuously develop. 

With a lot of experience in medium-sized companies, both in the private sector and in associations, she mediates between field sales and backoffice, between management and operations or between marketing, legal and compliance.
