Her last position was in the management of the German subsidiary of the US QVC Business Group, a global best-in-class company with innovative Social Commerce strategies. Prior to that, she was the spokeswoman of many companies and departments for many years, such as the multichannel trading for OTTO Group and QVC, the music TV business for VIVA Media AG and MTV Networks Europe and the FMCG industry for consumer goods manufacturer Hengstenberg.

Apart from her position as an entrepreneuse, the expert for Customer Lifetime Value in the field of digital transformation also works in the area of Future Economy and Neuro Science Marketing with start-up projects in San Francisco specializing in AI, Sales Optimization as well as 4.0 solutions. Based on her considerable experience, she has been appointed to the Advisory Board of DocuSign, the global industry leader in process digitization. In addition, she is a counselor of CCW, the largest customer contact platform in Europe, as well as Bundesverband E-Commerce and Versandhandel Deutschland e.V. (behv) and German Advisory Board e.V. (ADAR). As a board member, she is involved with Health-i, the digital health think tank under the auspices of the Ministry of Health. She is also a counselor for the non-profit organizations TransFair e.V. and World Vision International. She is a member of the supervisory board of Quoram AI, a US start-up in the field of Artificial Intelligence, and she is also its shareholder.
