On the path of digital transformation, Dr Markus Hellmann advises and represents medium-sized companies and start-ups in all issues relevant to contract law, corporate law and litigation.

He has particular expertise in drafting and negotiating national and international sales and work contracts, cooperation and project agreements. Before founding his own firm, Markus worked for seven years in large law firms in Frankfurt am Main and Cologne.

He supports Woodpecker Finch clients in legal matters related to corporate and contractual changes resulting from digital projects.
