The Hahn Group is one of the leading automobile dealerships in Germany with 35 operations at 17 locations. Hahn Automobile is a provider of new cars, vehicle search, used cars and repair services.
The structural change in mobility and online growth are also clearly noticeable for a market leader like the Hahn Group. The company experienced the need for digitization due to challenges in the supply chain, changing customer behavior, and limited retail sales in the Corona pandemic.
The aim of the project was to expand the sales approach to multi-channel consulting and sales. A key area was the joint development of the "Digital Sales Advisor" Competence Center for the individual customer business of new cars and used cars. Along the way, it was not just a matter of transforming the organizational structure and workflows, but also of designing all digital processes and empowering and inspiring the sales team for the journey. The common goal was to relieve the experienced sales consultants of manual tasks and to provide them with technological and process support in such a way that they can advise target groups precisely and close deals efficiently.
