Verena Fink is the Customer Focus Director at QVC. As a member of the executive board of the German teleshopping market leader, she is responsible for the call centres and approximately 1750 employees in Kassel and Bochum with special regard to the development of initiatives to further enhance the customer satisfaction at QVC that has won several awards.
